Return & Refund Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See T&C here.
In spite of the Quality Checks we do, it is possible that you receive a product which is not in the best condition or a product that you didn’t order. This might happen due to damages in transit or manual errors. If such a situation arrives email us on email@example.com with a few pictures and a video showing the exact defect with the product within 24 hours of its arrival and we will have your product replaced as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of product for the item returned, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
Orders that you submit online are made fresh-on-order and may not be cancelled.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
